Crab Hot Lau is Vancouver’s award-winning Northern Vietnamese restaurant, specializing in rich crab hot pots (lẩu cua đồng), Northern-style beef pho, and square-shaped Hải Phòng crab spring rolls.
When we first connected with Crab Hot Lau, it was clear they were running into the same challenges we see across many independent Vietnamese restaurants. Their team was using separate systems for POS, table orders, delivery apps, reservations, and online ordering, which created bottlenecks in service and added unnecessary stress for staff. With no single platform to unify operations, order accuracy suffered, wait times increased, and guests weren’t getting the seamless experience they expected.

We also helped Crab Hot Lau modernize their guest experience with online ordering through their website, as well as waitlist and reservation management.
